Return and Exchange Policy
Our products are individually made for you in collaboration with our partner Taptisch. Since each item is specially produced to order, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
Claim Period
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at eleventwentyfiv@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Please include in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
What Happens Next?
We process all claims within 7 business days. If your claim is approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions from us. Returns without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refund or Replacement
For approved claims, we offer either a free replacement item or a full refund. The amount will be refunded to the original payment account in the original currency.
Important: No Returns for Change of Mind
Since all items are individually produced to order, we cannot accept returns if:
- You don't like the design or color
- The size doesn't fit (please check the size chart before ordering)
- You simply no longer want the item
Exceptions - These Items Cannot Be Returned:
For hygiene reasons: Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks (not even for defects)
Cancellation Before Production
Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded while they are in "In Review" status and have not yet gone into production. Contact us at eleventwentyfiv@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Lost Packages
Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
