Production and Shipping
Our products are made-to-order in collaboration with our partner Taptisch. Each item is individually produced after you place your order and shipped directly from Taptisch's production facilities.
Processing Time
- Small orders: Production is completed within 3-7 business days, and items are shipped no later than the 8th business day from the date of payment.
- Bulk orders: Production is completed within 7-15 business days, and items are shipped no later than the 16th business day from the date of payment.
Shipping Time
After production, shipping times vary depending on your location. Since items are shipped internationally from our production partner:
- Austria and Europe: 10-20 business days
- United States and Canada: 10-25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
Delayed Shipments

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at eleventwentyfiv@gmail.com.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change the address once the order is in production. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
